Artists converge for nothing, but something for the unprivileged kids
OyOsMusic signed up artists Shinso, Cindy Munyavi and Tendai Mandebvu put out stellar performances at the Nhaka Youpenyu Fundraising Show held at Long Cheng Plaza recently.
OyOsNews attended the show and witnessed one of the best fundraising events artists can do to enhance the education of unprivileged pupils.
Speaking to Mandebvu who was excited by the event said he don’t mind doing the free shows as long as the proceeds are directed to the education of unprivileged kids.
“I wish this kind of shows are held annually so as to fund pupils who find it hard to pay their fees, purchase books, pencils, and rulers that will see them excel at school,” said Shinso.
The event attracted many people who were delighted by the artists' performance. There were many activities which coupled with the show such as skateboarding, beatboxing and free dances.
Cindy was also delighted to be part of the team and encouraged the audience to hear the plight of pupils.
People donated and the event was a success. For Shinso, Cindy Munyavi and Tendai Mandebvu's music can be found on OyOsMusic, an online store which sells music for local artists.
