Buffalo Souljah sets eyes on resuscitating Zimbabwe music scene
Zimbabwean born artist Buffalo Souljah who is based in South Africa has implored Zimbabwean business tycoons to invest in the local music industry.
Thabani Ndlovhu famously known by his stage name buffalo Souljah recently took to Instagram to propose a long-term business plan to Zimbabwean businessmen like Sir Wicknell, Ginimbi, and Frank Buyanga just to mention a few.
Buffalo Souljah vehemently expressed the importance of injecting funds into our under-utilized music industry and talent sighting notable examples such as Davido and Wiz Kid who put Nigerian music on the world entertainment map after funds had been injected to push them forward.
“This is not a handout request but an investment and real businessman take risks, Nigerian music and SA hip hop didn’t just pop up,” said ThabaniBuffalo Souljah who grew up in Mufakose acknowledges that Zimbabwe is laden with untapped potential and when fully utilized it could bring good especially if proper management and business structures are put in place.
Buffalo Souljah also plans on showing his attachment to his roots by shooting the video to his song Svosvisvo in his hometown Mufakose
