Upcoming artist Antony Mupambawashe proclaim to become the voice of the people
An upcoming artist who goes by the name Antony Tinashe Mupambawashe born in Harare to the late Justin and Selina Mupambawashe told OyOsNews that he wants to represent the majority and the minority through music.
He grew up playing soccer and used to listen to a lot of old school music the likes of Oliver ‘Tuku’ Mtukudzi, Paul Matavire, and Jonah Chimombe, so he just started to write some music and boom fell in love with it and never turned back.
He said, “I want to be the voice of the people, they are some things zvinoitika mulife ye vanhu zvavasingakwanise kutaura so ndoda kuimbaa ma situations angu neevamwe giving myself and them hope.”
He has worked with many artists in the music industry doing collaborations with the like of Mathias Mhere, Leonard Zvakata, Trymore Bande, Sandra Ndebele and Carlos Green.
