Cymplex - Wanna Be Riddim

It is astonishing how  Zimdancehall has evolved since its inception, from the young lyrical chanter Winky D singing Godo which at that time seemed bizarre, to Seh Calaz's Mumota Mukubvira hit to the present were Kanjiva by Enzo Ishall seems to be like a national anthem.

At this point, someone would look in hindsight and conclude that the two schools of Zimdancehall are worlds apart but that is far from the truth. Cymplex Music's 'Wanna Be Riddim' has brought with it a new reality parallel from the one we perceived to be true and that is the new and old school Zimdancehall artists are one and they are a wolf pack whose numbers still award them the respect in Zimbabwe's music industry.

The riddim will feature veterans in the game, the likes of Freeman, Guspy Warrior, Killer T and D Flexx who aims to make a triumphant return just to mention a few. While the new school is represented by the likes of Jah Signal, Enzo Ishall, Queen Kadjah and Boss Sakhina.

It is clear now that the new Genre which came in town and displaced Sungura who was the lord of the music back then is here to stay and with such an overwhelming calvary at its disposal rest assured it is not going anywhere soon.
